We recommend OneBox! The company JBS Ukraine creates and implements software solutions for business. We began to systematize the work of the marketing department. In order to reduce contacts and processes for them into a single database, we decided not to "reinvent the wheel" ourselves, but to take ready CRM and start working quickly. We were looking for a configurable tool that maintains the statuses of contacts, processes, and quickly segments them. It took a system that would provide detailed statistical sampling on the required traits and automate the repeated actions of managers. We also wanted to integrate with third-party mailing and metrics services. We considered a number of options and created a comparative table of CRM-systems and their characteristics. As a result of test work and discussions, taking into account the correlation of prices and opportunities that we were interested in, we settled on OneBox. Process settings require you to think through all the trivia and it takes a long time, but overall the number of features and the configurability of the system is impressive. We are glad. I was not satisfied with the cooperation under the contract concluded in February-March 2017, when your company undertook to implement the fiscal registrar, long dragged with the result, and I had to hire other specialists to help me. On your side, there were no proposals to return the money paid by me (at least in part to cover the forced expenses).

With the demo version there were problems (I ended up in my private office) where I got to the polyclinic for the children on the specified tech support phones and not in those. I want to debug the sales system, at least some business processes, relations with franchisees and management accounting. We do not consider other CRM systems for the moment.
