The President of Ukraine has enacted the decision of NSDC of Ukraine about the limitations (sanctions) targeted at the Russian companies and certain citizens through the decree №133/2017. Ukrainian Internet-providers are now obliged to block access to Internet-services of Russian origin: Yandex and Mail.ru. If the email you use to communicate with us is registered with one of these services, please create a new mailbox and send the email address to us.
How to change email address for OneBox client?
On your own:
- Go to your personal account at the following link: box.webproduction.ua/client/
- Open «My settings», tab, specify the new email address
- Click the «Save»
