Server redundancy

Hello. We moved box to another server (one of your integrators). It remains to configure the reservation and fix some bugs that arose after the transfer.
To make a reservation, we bought/expanded the server, but the integrator hasn't been in touch for more than a week ((Maybe something happened...
We need to resolve the reservation issue now.

The nuance is that installation on your own servers is always a problem for both parties, responsibility is blurred, and every sneeze and server support costs money.
For example, you need to set up backups. Where to put them? To the same server? If so, then it makes almost no sense.
If to another server (or several) - then you need +1 server in another location (in another data center), it should also be configured and maintained.
PS: move to the cloud - get:
- data center in Germany or Finland
- will work faster
- no need to pay and worry about server support
- automatic backups to three countries
- on the site you can click and download / expand the backup automatically

But it is not clear why they disappeared ... and who is responsible for this.

do we have to pay extra for this? 2 hours?

There is no "we". There is OneBox, which provides ONLY software and only to partners. There are partners who provide different services to clients.
OneBox cannot be blamed for not providing some service to the end customer.
