Import products from Excel file stopped working

In sense there is no configured mail. The report sends cron after the job is completed. The report always came from no-reply@@crm-onbox.com

And the main task was to find out the reason for such a large delay. The import took 6 hours. The download started at 12 noon. The result was received around 18 hours.

This address is specified in the settings. Therefore, in the header of the letter in the "FROM" field, this address is substituted.
The fact that letters reach you is a great success, usually mail services reject such letters or put them in spam.
Since the server from which the letter was sent is not a crm-onebox.com domain mail service.
For correct work, you must configure your integration with your mailbox.
The system will send messages from this address.

And the main task was to find out the reason for such a large delay.

When you wrote a message on the forum, the minute kroner worked for you 6,144.85 seconds, following it for more than 4000 seconds.
Now cron is running 301.76 s.
We do not know what operations you loaded the cron with (maybe mass operations, or unloading...).
But the delay in sending was caused precisely by this.
