I use the hourly action "PromUA / Export products in XLS format", but somewhere from 05/09/21 it stopped working correctly, namely: the file is downloaded, but its appearance is not clear at all (Screen No. 1), I tried to open the application but the file empty (Screen No. 2), although the file itself is quite large - 134 Mb. Up to this point everything worked correctly. No changes were made to the system during the holidays.

Wait about 20 minutes. Prom seems to have file upload size limits. Was the file the same size before the error? Perhaps a lot of new features have been added? For the sake of interest, disable the unloading of characteristics

Yes, prom has a limit of 180MB.

I wrote to the prom support. They manually uploaded the file (promoted it) and everything is ok after that. But they said that the file was not correct, they say check it just in case.

Yes, the problem is on the box side, it creates the wrong file. When opening, it swears that the file is damaged after restoration, the error is If you go through all this and save it again, then the prom will process this file normally. I've been facing this problem for a very long time. Maybe the admins can help solve the problem.
