The action "Add products from one process to another" stopped working normally, although everything worked fine before / shop_order_status_action_add_products_universal

Now I checked the box, it seems to work
Why does it work so unstable (that is, how much did it work without this checkmark, what is the general logic of the checkmarks and why if you turn off the checkmark, then according to Masha should not work)?
