Since almost all the space is occupied by your files, perhaps the following steps will help you
for cleaning in "Automatic actions once a day" :
"Delete old files" and "Delete unused images".
These actions delete the physical files that are stored on the disk.
Also in the "Hetzner Online GmbH" account you can change your server variant.
You now, as I understand it, cx21 (40G disk space)
"Rescale" your server to a higher rate (example cpx21 - 80G disk space)
When changing the tariff, you need to uncheck "CPU and RAM only"
