OS on https://crm2.hlr.ua/

Good afternoon. For an easier transition to the OS, it was agreed that we would upload a copy of Box to another server and test the OS on it
The admins have created a copy available on the domain https://crm2.hlr.ua/, they say that they have fulfilled all the requirements received from your colleagues
What do we need now so that we can see the OS here https://crm2.hlr.ua/?

Good afternoon.
This is a question you should ask the people who support your server and network infrastructure.
The severs are on your internal network:
crm.hlr.ua has IP 10.X.71.2/28
crm2.hlr.ua has IP 10.X.71.4/28
We do not know how routing from external ip addresses to internal ones takes place.
Now it works like this:
- it doesn't matter which domain you use crm.hlr.ua or crm2.hlr.ua to enter the internal network, you get to the same server with IP 10.X.71.2/28
Should work like this:
- when logging in via the crm.hlr.ua domain, they must enter the internal network to the server with IP 10.X.71.2/28
- when logging in via crm2.hlr.ua, they must get into the internal network to the server with IP 10.X.71.4/28

Good afternoon.
This is a question for the manager with whom you agreed on the test system.

Sergey, help, plz, there is also a server 10.X.71.3, which, according to the admins, is used for the OS, for which it is not known, but they say what they did according to the list of requirements for the OS from the Box developers. Maybe you can orient what this server is for, is it a reserve? We have a problem, from this server there are attempts to knock on the mail server with incorrect access, since the passwords have already been changed (the employees change once a month), therefore the accounts are blocked. Because of this, the server was temporarily turned off, until I observe problems, but still I want to determine what its task is. Thanks

Good afternoon.
I have no reason to understand and study the network and server infrastructure of clients. Your specialists are responsible for this.
For my part, I can only say what I see.
- We have ssh access to two servers:
crm.hlr.ua external IP 138.ХХ.ХХ.40 port 97ХХ - local IP 10.ХХ.71.2
crm2.hlr.ua external IP 138.XX.XX.60 port 98XX - local IP 10.XX.71.4
- About the server with IP 10.X.71.3 - I have no idea how to get access to it and what is there, I have no idea.
About your problem:

I can assume that you changed the credentials only in the working box, and since the crm2.hlr.ua box is a copy of the crm.hlr.ua box, I assume that
in the test box (crm2.hlr.ua) you did not change the access, the crons work there, so there are attempts to connect to mailboxes.
For the future - new questions are asked in new topics.

I agree with you, but having no other option, I'm looking for someone who is in the know (
