Comprehensive improvement for the convenience of using messengers

We have set up integration with messengers (FB, Viber, Telegram), but so far it is difficult to switch to them completely. some improvements are needed.
What I would like to improve in a single chat:

- Accepted or processed chats should be hidden after clicking "Turn process";

Please rate these three improvements.
Alternatively, a possible implementation could be:
- I went in - I pressed the answer
- Answered - clicked answered and created the process
Based on this, they should disappear in the chat list by default, since the filter will be configured only for new messages.

Can a situation happen when the chat is transferred to another employee and you need to change his signature?
Perhaps it would be more convenient for you to have a scheme in which you yourself could change its name in the chat settings, and when one of the employees first writes in the FB chat, viber or tegergamma, his full name was automatically added to the chat name?
