Custom technical text in the headings of the sheets in OneBox

Leaves, like overpowering OneBox, appear in the header From the title text, which confuses customers
I have - From: =?UTF-8?B?0JrQvtC80LDQvdC00LAg0YHQtdGA0LLRltGB0YMg?=im'ya koristuvacha
How to fix it?

This is how it should be, because the title can use Cyrillic in the signature.
This is how all non-ASCII mail headers are arranged - only characters with the most significant bit 0 are allowed inside, i.e. UTF-8 is not directly valid; it is encoded in BASE64 and thus placed in the headers.
This is all described in RFC5321 and RFC5322.

I have not yet stuck with such headings in the sheets, but I want to work with different systems.
I changed the list headers for OneBox and other systems like this on Linux:
onebox:
From: =?UTF-8?B?0JrQvtC80LDQvdC00LAg0YHQtdGA0LLRltGB0YMg?=Ð'Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÐ¿"" <mail@mail.com>
In another system, the heading is in Cyrillic and is displayed correctly:
From: "=?utf-8?B?0JrQvtC80LDQvdC00LAg0YHQtdGA0LLRltGB0YMgItCS0YHRgtGD0L8iIHw=?=
=?utf-8?B?IFYr?=" <mail@mail.com>
Maybe put it in the headings with a little bit of a different syntax? Chi just write the senior bit in the headlines trohi іnakshe?

This looks more like some kind of encoding problem on the server, perhaps.
