Emails not being sent from box to gmail addresses

Hello boxing tcbs.crm-onebox.com. Emails are not sent to gmail addresses when exporting products and it is not possible to recover passwords in your account if the address is in gmail. What could be the reason?

Your integration with wait, SMTP protocol is configured incorrectly. Set up the integration correctly, everything will work.
Currently, emails are sent directly from the box server, and since the box server is not a mail server, these emails are rejected by Goog's mail service.
Use the checkbox "Do not send emails from this mail if SMTP is not available" in the integration settings so that emails are not sent directly from the server if it is impossible to connect to the SMTP server.
An error is visible in the smtp-2023-08-09.log logs

It does not matter through which mail you will send mail. It is important that the box can connect to the SMTP server with the credentials you specified in the integration.
