Good afternoon. You need to go to the file that you send to prom and see if there is a photo there and if the link is correct. If there is a photo and the link is working - a question for the industry, if there is no link or it is not working - a question for boxing.

good afternoon! Thank you very much for the answer :) I opened the file, the links are everywhere in the "Image_Link" column, I checked, they open. There is no separate Photo column, but it may not be. just in case, here is a link to the file: https://oskarstore.crm-onebox.com/media/export/1.xls. It turns out this is most likely a failure of the prom?

Everything is in order with the file, links in place and in the browser open normally without redirects. It means that for some reason the prom did not upload them to itself, you need to write to the support of the prom and clarify this issue.
