Products on the website are not updated

Good day!
For some reason, products are not updated in Horosop, although they were previously added through integration with srm and worked normally
Product example https://kiyservice.1b.app/app/product/14941/edit/?tabid=5 product price UAH 694
and if you go to the website https://market.kiyservice.ua/vtulka-dveri-kholodilnika-bosch-00169301/
according to the logs, it is clear that the price in SRM changed on April 11 and has not yet been updated on the website
Khorosop's support responded here https://prnt.sc/VpSDmUA5tP6I
in the Khorosop logs, you can see that there is a connection, but nothing happens afterwards https://prnt.sc/f4L54oyuwhUc
Help figure it out, thanks!

Good day.
Product transfer requests are currently giving an error:
<html>
<head><title>400 Bad Request</title></head>
<body>
<center><h1>400 Bad Request</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>
We have already encountered such a problem - it occurs when many descriptions are transmitted - it is not clear why the Khorozhop server cuts off such requests - we have already contacted them 4-5 times for different clients - they only throw up their hands - that is, they are unable to log in and answer that don't like their server, unfortunately.

The most interesting thing is that at the moment I do not see transmission errors for other products to give you a log.
It feels like at some point on the good side the request size limit is triggered and the server cuts it off.
