In general, when sending messages using Echat, the latter must send a request with the sending status to OneBox (log example https://sambag.crm-onebox.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=echat-status-2024-04 -18.log ) - this information is recorded in the event, and then displayed in the general chat.
If for some reason you do not have (according to the logs) a request for the status of sending a message - this is a question for Echat technical support
