how OKPO setup works in integration with new mail

If the user has a company, then when it is created in Nova Poshta, the code from the specified field will be sent

somehow very concise... and what means the user has a company? does it work for sender or receiver? if it is not clear to the sender why this is needed, we will log in through the api key, after all. and in the mail office the sender is configured. In what cases is it used?

I can understand the process client has a company and use it OKPO. but why does the user need it? Or am I misunderstanding something... it is not clear who these users are? and why should they send parcels by new mail to their company as a recipient?

Everything is simple for us - we were asked to transfer the field to API np, we transfer it. Why is it needed there is a secondary question

then you need to repeat this functionality when manually creating a new mail TTN. make it possible to send OKPO recipient from the form.
