Payments do not come from private to onebox

Yesterday, 2 payments for LLC from private to box did not come, in general, payments came, but 2 were lost.
There was already a similar question:

Since then, payments have ceased to come to one account at all, and yesterday again a failure on another account.

Let's be more specific based on your automation settings - indicate for which action (and the account itself) and which payments were not loaded.

There are no clients in the system.
The checkbox "If the client is not found, create it according to the data from the payment" is not indicated in the actions - it does not actually create it.
And without a client, a payment cannot be created.
You can specify these checkboxes and the "Take payments for the past N days" setting to import payments for the required number of days ago.

Previously, there was a bug in the action - it created clients even when the checkbox "If the client is not found, create it according to the data from the payment" was not specified.
