I will answer as a former user of 3G BOX on FreePBX, all the functions that you ask can be configured, partly they are configured remotely by the vanbox, but most of them are on your side in the PBX itself. In principle, everything works fine, but the trouble crept up from where they did not expect. For the normal operation of the PBX, you need a white IP address for visibility, that is, your entire network will be visible to the world, bad people have written a bunch of different bots that knock on ports in the open world, and if they find your PBX, you won’t get rid of them if you have a full-time system administrator ready to constantly monitor the security of the system, then OK, but if you have a hard time with this, then don’t play with fire, take a cloud PBX, everything is included there.

If you don't have an admin then don't try. I used it for two years, as a software, it is very good and convenient, but the bots just fucked up the system - the percentage constantly fought back, they couldn’t hack it, but they broke the PC, if you don’t know Linux and Asterix, then don’t bother. I've switched to Lirax - 3 sims 2 jobs - 480 UAH per month and I don't care about bots or system support or equipment. Integration is configurable in 30 seconds, the rest is on the side of Lirax. I recommend. 4+
