Integration with FB Messenger does not work. Through your account, it turned out to create a process from the message. And no more messages come to boxing. Can this be fixed? We do not receive any requests from clients.

Very strange, but Facebook does not send us any pushes. I thought that there was a failure in the system and it does not write logs, but in fact we simply do not receive pushes from Facebook if someone other than you writes.

Most likely, push notifications will arrive in the box only when you pass the application verification. Now only your messages are being pushed, because you are apparently the developer of this application or marked as a member in it. To confirm my words, you can add some other user to the application participants and send a message from him, it should appear in the box. Perhaps after adding a user to the participants / developers of the application, it may take some time before the application starts pushing (but this is purely guesswork, I don’t know exactly how everything works inside there)
