on the date 2021-07-29 16:19:51 you had a checkmark "If the payment or delivery method is not found in OneBox - create a new one" in the order import action from the outlet. It most likely originated from there. Also, the action "PromUA / Import orders to OneBox" can create delivery methods. Here are at least 2 options for you.
