I am not getting utm tags in the process using the Add UTM tags action based on an incoming process client call

Process https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-klienta/1901915/edit/, when clicking on the procedure https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/workflow/16/procedure/761/ ?status=0, where only the specified action is configured, utm data is not transmitted to the process http://joxi.ru/nAy1OY8faLYL7A, although they are present in the push from Binotel and in the client card as well
Please check why utm is not dragged into the process?

The specified action on the procedure checks for an incoming call.
The tags could be registered with the client by pushing to /binotel/push/complete/

In my opinion, the action "Add UTM tags based on incoming call" is stupid, because these tags are already stored in the client card by this time anyway. What is the point of looking for them again in the logs? Can it be easier to modify the action so that the yutm tags are picked up in the corresponding fields of the client?
Or suggest your own, please.

You have labels in the client and signed up based on the callback of Binotel.

2. Parameter: "Search for calls in the last .... days" with the ability to select from 1 to 99 days
