We are trying to edit a journal entry and change the purchase price to 2 zlotys, for example.

We save the changes and go back to the journal and get a strange purchase amount. The currency in the system is zloty. Where and why does the purchase price of 22.140 zł come from?

Please correct or tell me what is wrong.

Judging by the database, your warehouse operation was carried out in zlotys at the rate of 9 (apparently the base currency was UAH or the rates were not changed correctly).
I also see that VAT is 23% - here are the calculations.
Carry out transactions at the right rates - and the prices will be right.
