Shorten the link to the survey form

Please clarify whether it is possible by means of the system to make the link to the survey form for the client short (like links driven through a shortener)? We would like to send it to customers via SMS, because They don't always leave an email. And the current link is not a fact that it will fit in 1 sms, even if it is sent in Latin. I don't see any problems in sending links via SMS. On a smartphone, the SMS application allows you to easily follow a link and open it in a browser to fill out a form or view a specific list of products. Many stores have been sending this for a long time (for example, Allo, Esldorado, Komfi, etc.).
