As far as I can see, the value of the specified field is not used anywhere in the system as a variable.
I can evaluate its refinement - just specify where exactly you want to use it?

There is a lot of data in the system that cannot be used as variables.
And everything is quite simple - clients come and order the completion of the field, but they do not need the variable of this field - so it is not finalized. What was ordered - then finalized. In this case, counting and output in a table/report.
