Can't view the document in the client's office

In the https://supero.crm-onebox.com/ box, it is not possible to set up the correct display of documents in the client's account.
On the test template of the document, set the checkbox "Available for viewing in the client's office"
In the menu for the client, I displayed the "My Documents" item and the list of documents in it is displayed correctly , but when I try to open the document, an empty page "Document View" is displayed (buttons View PDF , printing there also does not give any result).
At the same time, if I go to the client's office under my account (Administrator), then the documents are correctly opened
What could be the problem and what needs to be done to set up the display of the document in the office?
