Everything worked too, but the statuses stopped getting into the box.
That is, they are displayed in the TTN block https://prnt.sc/wfvy54
But notifications about the change in the TTN status in the processes do not come and the action does not work.

Answers:

1. status data is updated once an hour, I do not exclude that the hourly handler did not work
2. If you have several IR accounts, then status parsing occurs from under the one that is marked "by default" in the integration settings.
It may be that the api key has expired, because of this, the statuses do not pass

You have 2 actions set
That is, only with such statuses the application gets to this stage "in the department" (triggering once an hour)
And on the screenshot you have indicated "direct to delivery". For this to work fine you need to add 1 more action

That is, the system checks the specific stages of the TTN and, according to them, transfers them to the stages in cpm.

When you bring a parcel to np, the status is updated to "get to know the place ..."
This status has already been updated.
And in the settings of iguntegration, there is no checkbox to turn off status change notifications, which means that the statuses in the order should be in the absence of them.

I can not say that the tasks are related. It's just that New Mail is the same software product as onebox - sometimes errors occur. Even if they appear the same for you, it's not a fact that these are the same error :)
Now all server processors are working stably, there is a connection with new mail. If the error repeats - write, we will try to solve it as soon as possible)
