Issue displaying video files in knowledge base

Hello, we added a new employee, gave links to an introductory course on the CRM, we have it with a knowledge base in the form of video reviews of processes.
She follows the link, she was given access, but the videos themselves are blocked.
Perhaps there is some additional access to the downloaded files? and we didn't take it into account
Please help me figure it out

in advance, I can say that most likely you have closed access to files from an employee (i.e. to the directory where you uploaded videos)
