1. In order not to lose leads from mail, you need to set up actions for turning a letter into a task (preg template) so that a task is automatically created for the manager who will lead the client, and also set up a BP for maintaining leads. It takes 2-4 hours for a senior integrator to set up the 1st preg template + 2-6 hours for a senior integrator to set up the Lead BP.
2. To automatically generate documents, you need to set up document templates - layout of the 1st document from 1 to 3 hours for a senior integrator.
3. In order to integrate with the Tochka service, improvements will be required from 15 hours of programming if the service has api + 7-8 hours for a senior integrator to set up.
4. In order to integrate with the My business service, improvements will be required from 15 hours of programming if the service has api + 7-8 hours of a senior integrator to set up.
