General Chat and Communications Center

Good afternoon.
We updated the system and now I'm looking at new features of the general chat.
Installed integration with Viber and set the action to Turn a message into a chat.
Everything works chat is created, messages come.
But here's a question for the developers:
You now have the Communications Center and the General Chat on the same tab and you can switch between them.
Everything seems to be fine, but notifications come only according to one option, either from the Center or from the Chat.
Accordingly, when a message arrives in viber and the manager controls the processes in the Center, he does not see that a new message has arrived via viber and vice versa.
Is this a flaw in the developers or their vision that the manager should constantly click between the chat and the center so as not to miss something?
Why not make sure that all notifications come to the general system, and then you already looked from where it was from or from a chat or center?

Good afternoon.
When you receive a new message in the chat, you will see the number of new notifications next to the link "Go to the single chat" - this signals that there is something new. It is updated every 20 seconds. The same applies to the communication center if you are in a general chat

Good afternoon.
Your logic is understandable. But not exactly functional.
I think that it is necessary or completely to separate the Central Committee and Chat. So that notifications would work separately for each.
Or combine so that notifications come immediately and with a sound signal.
And then with busy work, you don’t always pay attention to the figure that appeared there.
Consider the issue with a new release.
