Automatic redistribution of a client to a group

Good afternoon!
We have a number of contact groups , all of them mean the size of the discount on the product.
We made that the discount depends on the number of orders that is recorded in the contact card and in the process there is an action that checks this number, after which it removes the client from one group and adds it to another.
Question: can it be improved or is it already there, then tell me how to make the system check the "number of orders" field in the contact card once a minute / hour and if the client has reached a certain level of orders, the system removes the client from the previous group and adds to the next one.

You can use additional fields in the process and contact cards.
at the final stage of the sale process, copy the order amount from the client card, add the current order amount and write it back to the client card.
and on automation when saving a card for a contact, put the following
