Problem with Address field

Hello! When placing an order in your personal account for another client, the delivery address of this client is recorded in the dropshipper card. As a result, we see the following picture https://prnt.sc/x8pi6i

Answers:

The address is written only to the process and to the client for which the order is created.
If your order is created for a dropshipper, then it is logical that the address is written to him - after all, for the system he is a process client.
But I also don’t see that you have a check mark in the basket that the order is being placed for another client. Perhaps, if this block is hidden in your personal account page settings - you also need to specify that an order for another client is created for this user group - then it searches / creates a client according to his data and writes down the address for him (and he will be the client of the process).

The problem is that our order is automatically placed for another client: http://joxi.ru/a2XBaz7t4xn5jr, this block has been removed from the interface. This is done so that our client is a dropshipper, and delivery should be carried out to another client.
Now everything works with this setting. The order is placed on the dropshipper (a client who has access to the account), and the client of the process (no contact is created) is the actual client for delivery. But the problem is that the delivery address is written to the dropshipper's card, although he is not a client in this order.

It works - hide it in two languages and try it. It will find/create an existing customer by phone number and set it as a customer, and the dropshipper will be the author of the order.
If you are not satisfied with the logic of this work, then I appreciated the solution option for you.
