How to link a contact card to a FB account

I made contact in vanbox. Then I found this person in FB/messenger. How can I connect them with each other so that I can write messages to the messenger from the box or deploy some kind of marketing on FB?

I'm talking about the fact that I met a new client. Got him a card in the box. Later, I found this person (company) on FB and I want to add this information to the contact card. I have nothing to connect this card with. The contact did not write to me in the messenger. It turns out that I can’t write to him in the messenger through the box because there is no connection between the contact card and the FB profile

You will not be able to link a contact card with a FB account until the client writes to you on FB. You can chat with a client only if he wrote to you first. Otherwise, it won't work.
