Please make a check connection button in the integration with mail clients section https://crm.infosaver.ru/admin/shop/integrations/imap-new/control/, it’s just not clear whether the settings are correct or not and it’s not convenient to wait an hour until the cron works

For mail kma@ - disabled IMAP
how to enable http://settings.su/yandex/imap
and for mail nmy@ - most likely the wrong password
the rest work correctly
