Letters not being delivered

In the "History of sending letters" report, the status is +, but nothing comes to the mail. The mailbox connection has an OK status. what could be the problem?

The connection you see is OK, it's a connection to the imap server.
There is no connection to SMTP.
The SMTP server port was specified incorrectly. All mail is now gone.
Those settings that were indicated were provided by your specialist.
[login] => onebox
[status] => error
[message] => Connect SMTP is Fail
