Is it possible to set up integration with email in such a way that letters sent from Box are displayed as outgoing in the mail client (outlook), while those sent not from Box are not displayed in Box. And also the most important incoming mail in Boxing so that it does not pull up at all.

Depends on the mail service, you can enable the setting https://prnt.sc/w2noj4 - if the folder is called that, then the letter will go into it after sending
