Problem displaying files

Any mail program correctly displays files in a letter. https://prnt.sc/ullc2u
And in Box, in addition to the fact that the names of the files have changed, some types of files do not show at all.

1. Specify what types of files does not show
2. The fact that the system puts its own names when uploading files is an internal architecture that is needed to unique files

1. There are no files in this letter at all. https://prnt.sc/up91j4
2. The client sent me files with certain names. He calls on the phone and says, they say, open the file such and such. I don't see such a file. The question is, why does Boxing change names? At what names of all files exchanged.
