Outgoing mail stopped working

Hello. Yesterday we received the following letter:
"Attention! Integration of your OneBox supero.crm-onebox.com with vap*****@gmail.com mailbox does not work. Reason: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure) Too many login failures
User: vap****@gmail.com
Host: supero.crm-onebox.com
After that, outgoing mail stopped working (including system letters with imports, etc.).
It's strange, because in the Notifications settings (box and store), we generally have a different mail for service messages.
How to solve the problem and make outgoing mail work?

You need to log in to this account (you need it to be the main one), then follow the link https://support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/78754
Then here http://i.imgur.com/eF5t19m.png https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha
Then confirm http://i.imgur.com/DygxfNQ.png
+ you need to go to the mail and find the letter in which google blocked the box server, something like http://i.imgur.com/AYRrIVB.png then look at the actions and confirm

I did all the specified actions, BUT Files from xls import never come to the mail. At the same time outgoing mail works.
Maybe the problem is something else? What can be done about it?
