Automation, turning a letter into an order

In the old version of Box, everything worked fine, now they switched to a rental subscription and this automation stopped working. I looked at all the settings, everything remained the same as it was, but it does not work. What could be the reason? Where to see?

Check your integration settings. If you were previously on your server, and then switched to renting. Then your IP has changed
Reconfigure email integration (if events don't arrive at all)
Also, after the transfer, double-check the correctness of the installed settings in action (whether applications should fall in the BP)

The settings are the same as they were, but you write that the IP has changed - it's logical. But nothing changes in gmail, as far as I remember. There was a request from Gmail saying that someone is trying to log into an account from Germany, found out your server, confirmed that it was me. From here it is clear that access of norms.
