OS: Give customers the ability to quickly search for data in the system

you have a customer field in it and look for or through the contacts app

[/quote] hover over the top of the app name and there is a quick drop down list of favorite apps tobish those applications that you often use add them to your favorites (RMB on the desktop on the application and raise to favorites)
