This is not lost - it means that the employee kept the interface for himself. If you keep the interface just for yourself at least once, it will not change again when someone else sets it up, even for all users. I understand that I would like it to be possible, but it is not possible.

It depends on the permissions, you need to allow the employee to see these fields.
