Weight check not working

The weight check does not work, the system skipped a 31 kg bag to a compartment with a limit of 30 kg.

As far as I understand from the order history, the TTN was formed after the weight check action was launched?
it's just that if there are no NP settings for this order, it will be impossible to compare the weight of the parcel with the maximum weight of the department and will always go to the "Status to which to go if the department can accept the parcel"

All data on the NP branch is already on the 1st step, they come immediately from the marketplace. Create a new order for yourself and check.

Nevertheless, as I see it, in the current sequence of stages, at the time of checking the weight, the system does not generate data on the department of the order.
Before checking the weight, I recommend doing some intermediate step so that after the transition manually it can be seen that this order has data on the NP department.

It is possible to somehow fix this without intermediate stages, because in fact this is a kostylization of what we expect from the action itself.

I understand you, but our managers just do not open orders - which were confirmed via viber. The whole essence of CRM is getting rid of routine operations, and the essence of this custom action is to exclude errors, what is the point in an action that requires manual resaving, this is nonsense.

Hello, as far as I know, the setting "If data about the department and city is not filled in the" TTN Parameters "block, try to find them by the process address" was recently added, this should fix problems with the empty department, try enabling it in the check by weight action .
