If there is 1 piece of goods in the order, then it forms 3.73 kg of volumetric weight https://prnt.sc/zvc0hm
If there are 2 pieces of goods in the order, then it forms about 29.81 kg of volumetric weight https://prnt.sc/zvc18m (due to which the shipping cost is incredibly high)
It needs to be fixed
In theory, it should count the volumetric weight of one unit of goods and multiply by the quantity in the order.
If different goods: Count separately and add up.

Try to enable the setting "If the setting "When sending goods items, send the dimensions of each product separately" is enabled - if the quantity of one process product is > 1, then send each unit as a separate place" in the integration settings with e.g. We can also rewrite the default volumetric weight logic for multiple products. Nikolay, can you send a link to a test order, where you can test the volumetric weight for more than 1 unit of the product? Just on https://rivcont.info/admin/customorder/order/1426707/invoice/ it is impossible to reproduce the problem with the current IM settings, because volumetric weight is not transferred, although NP has it saved for this order
