Please reset the entire log of status changes. The status check takes place once in a while, so if between changing the status to the specified one and checking the status, the parcel has changed some other status - the box could have received a new status at the time of the check.

1. For some reason, we did not receive the status (otherwise it would be in the comments)
2. We received the status but could not switch the order to the status
3. At the time of receiving the status a month ago, there was no activity there
to check all this, you need some fresh order that now has such a status
