How often are NP branches updated and are they updated?

there are many options. Perhaps the cron didn’t start, maybe it didn’t work, maybe the box was lying at that time, maybe the server was booted, maybe the backup was made at a time when the cron was working and the database was unavailable, the same key was wrong, and so on.
