TTN Justin was created on a third-party website izi.ua, TTNs created on Prom and Rozetka are also not tracked

TTH statuses for orders created on third-party sites cannot be tracked in Onebox, which is why you cannot print TTH from the Justin block, because. an order number other than 54590 (in this case) is already stored on Justin's side.

I clarified the information on your situation, I recommend contacting Justin support and asking for a comment on why for different EHs for a seemingly single API key, you can both get complete information and an empty answer.
Added a test log to https://onebox.leokor.com.ua/admin/shop/report/logs/ , it can be found by the keywords justin-test, it shows first the full answer for EN 419974374, and then an empty answer for EN 419897624
