Good afternoon. Regularly not all payments get into the BOX.
for example, 12 payments were not delayed in 4 working days
from patterns: these are 2 sources (legal entities) out of 4

Hello.
Specify if you do not import payments for any specific Privat24 action (specify the action index in automations)?
I also recommend that you set the checkboxes in the actions "If the client is not found, create it according to the data from the payment" - after all, payments without a client cannot be created.
