Missing values in wallet balances
When assigning ACCESS RIGHTS, the values in the balances disappear if the level is below administrator. There is no way to create payments.

On the first screen you don't have buttons, on the second one you do. In the place on the second screen, click on these buttons and turn on their display, they are also tied to access rights
