Binotel call error

Connected integration with binotel

They wrote a letter to the binotel, they answered that everything was connected

But when I try to call (click to call) - I get an error

To the line you meant accesses to sip? If so, then they probably don't. They have special SIM cards that are in the phone and a call goes through them. And when they call from the phone and I have an internal number registered, I get a call window.
I’ll also check with the binotel whether there are accesses to the sip

I reset the request and response to binotel, they replied that we are using the "old API" and reset the current documentation, you may need to update the integration, the full answer is:
Please note that an outdated version of the API is used, currently building a signature is not required, below is the current API documentation
The capabilities of the API are described in the document at the link below: How you can use the API
"Link to the API library": https://www.binotel.ua/files/library/binotel-api-4.0.0-samples.zip
There are 3 APIs in the examples:
API documentation: http://developers.binotel.ua/
API CALL SETTINGS: used to manage calls and integrate Binotel PBX with your CRM
API CALL COMPLETED: used to notify your script of each completed call. Usually used to integrate Binotel PBX with your CRM
REST API: used to receive all information from the personal account (calls, clients, tasks, settings) and initiate calls.
Each API has its own README file. Please read them very carefully!
Technical support and consultations on the API are carried out by the technical support department by email support@binotel.ua.

You now have 2 options:
1. The Binotel company enters the forum and publicly writes an apology that they did not warn about the API change and then we will do the integration with the new API at our own expense
2. Any client pays 4 hours for refactoring to a new API.

but my answer is still relevant
PS in the documentation there are no methods already, even which are wired with us. So good luck)
