Goods have been imported from Goodhop and have been capitalized in the system, but the quantity for them is not exported to Goodhop. Although all the articles are the same. For example, the product https://andser.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/products/26392/edit/ does not have an article number that would also correspond to Horosop - that does not convey anything.
As I understand it, the products were not created through the import of products from Horoshop, because there, when creating a product, an article is assigned to it.
I can suggest finalizing the settings in action in order to use an external ID as an article to transfer the balances - this will take 1 hour.
