We don't know what kind of software it is. And even more so, it is not known what you expect from integration.
Here is an example of the documentation https://ru.iiko.help/articles/#!api-documentations/getting-started - perhaps using its example you will indicate what exactly you need to do. For there I do not see something similar with "for exchanges of order progress" regarding delivery.
