1. When installing the 1c integration module in OneBox, the currency of the purchase price is not recorded. All data is transmitted, and the currency of the product is set for locking UAH, if you want to receive it correctly in the logs from 1s:

<currency>EUR</currency>

2. When importing an application from OneBox to 1s, the discount is not transferred. Just the price of the goods is transferred. Can you change something?

If we are talking about the API for adding products, then the product has the same currency for both the incoming price and for sale.
Especially in your example - 2 identical currency tags, the first of which is empty.
